What does ‘payment in arrears’ mean?

We charge in arrears, which means you're billed after you’ve received your deliveries.

For weekly payments, your Direct Debit is taken every Wednesday for what you had the week before. For monthly payments, it's taken between the 1st and 4th and covers the previous month. 📅

This gives us time to sort out any issues with your order before payment is taken. 💳🙂
