Cant Log In - I can’t access my online account - what should I do?

Head to the login page and select ‘I don’t know my password’. You’ll be asked to enter your customer number and password (this is usually your postcode). You’ll then be prompted to verify your account via email and can create a new password.

Still having trouble? Try logging in using a different browser like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge - that often does the trick.
