Flats & Apartments - Do you deliver to flats or apartment buildings? 🏢

In many cases, yes! We deliver to flats as long as there’s a safe place to leave your order and access doesn’t require a key, fob or entry code. 🔓

Because we deliver early in the morning (often overnight), we’re not able to access buildings with secure entry systems.

Our routing team reviews each address to make sure delivery is possible - we’ll always let you know if we’re not able to reach your building. 🙂🥛
